Brandenburger Tor Demo Heute

As artists, we are always on the lookout for inspiration and new experiences to capture through our work. For me, that means getting out into nature and exploring the world around me. Recently, I had the opportunity to do just that in Berlin, Germany.

I spent several days drawing in the forest near Treptower Park, taking in the vibrant colors of autumn and capturing the beauty of nature on paper. The light was perfect, casting a warm glow over everything it touched. It was as if the very air itself was painted with hues of gold and orange.

But Berlin is more than just its natural beauty. The city has a rich history and architecture that is waiting to be discovered. I had the chance to visit the Karpfenteich in Treptower Park, where I marveled at the interesting architecture and vibrant colors of the autumn foliage. It was like stepping into a different world.

As the days went by, I continued to explore Berlin's hidden gems. I visited the Beelitz-Heilstätten, an old fabric with a beautiful house that seemed frozen in time. The sunset cast its golden glow over everything, and I couldn't help but feel inspired by the scene before me.

And then, there was my first urbansketch of 2021 - a drawing done while sitting in the metro station 'Heidelberger Platz' in West Berlin. It was a moment of peace, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city, yet feeling completely connected to nature through the beauty of the light.

Berlin may be known for its Brandenburger Tor, but it's the hidden corners and secret spots that truly make this city shine. Whether you're an artist or just looking for a new adventure, Berlin has something to offer everyone.

As I look back on my time in Berlin, I am reminded of the power of art to capture the beauty and essence of a place. It is not just about painting what we see, but also about capturing the feeling and emotion that comes from being there. Berlin may be a city of contrasts, but it is a city that has stolen my heart and inspired me to keep creating.
